Green Food Solutions is an emerging franchise dedicated to transforming our food system one farm at a time. We assist local owners by selling hydroponic, vertical farm, and controlled environment equipment, along with growing supplies and tools. Through our signature Farm Amenity® and Garden Amenity® services, we offer farming as a service (FaaS), transforming residential buildings by integrating farms and gardens as amenities, similar to pools or gyms, with fresh, locally grown food provided free to residents. These services not only enhance property value but also promote sustainable, community-driven food systems, ignite customer engagement, and deliver meaningful social impact. Additionally, we sell hydroponic equipment and greenhouses to commercial farmers, provide Agricultural Operations and Systems Maintenance Training for individuals new to farming, and host interactive community workshops in urban and suburban areas.

    Passionate about making a difference after losing 90 pounds through healthy organic food options, she forged a commitment to change a broken food system into a local food system for peoples health and the planet. She co-developed a system that allows farmers to make a living in an urban setting while making a difference.

    With hands-on experience working on various farms, a B.S. in Food Studies from Syracuse University, complemented by a Minor in Nutrition, and the completion of the Green Food Solutions 6 month apprenticeship, Maggie acquired extensive education in both the theory and practice of sustainable agriculture.
